President John Dramani Mahama will be hosting an event called the National Economic Dialogue (NED) 2025 to deliberate on ideas regarding his economic reset agenda.
The event, which will be held on the 3rd and and 4th of March, 2025 at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) will drive discussions on governance, economic transformation and private sector growth.
Themed “Resetting Ghana: Building the Economy We Want Together,” the announcement of the event underscores the Mahama led administration’s commitment to addressing crucial economic issues, which has been a topic of priority for the ruling NDC part since the election campaign in 2024.
The event will see the attendance of stakeholders in crucial fields such as Private sector representatives, Academia and public policy experts, Civil society organizations and Government officials.
According to the announcement, the discussion will feature thematic sessions such as Achieving Sustainable Macroeconomic Stability, Promoting Economic Transformation, Advancing Infrastructure Development, Implementing Structural Reforms, Ensuring Private Sector-Led Growth and Restoring Good Governance and Combating Corruption.
