Deborah Seyram Adablah, a sidechick who sued her sugar daddy Ernest Kwasi Nimako, and lost, is going to try to get the case overturned.
Yesterday, an Accra High Court threw her out because her case did not show a reason to sue.
The court agreed with Ernest Kwasi Nimako’s lawyers that the case had no strong points, so it threw it out.
Kwasi Nimako’s lawyers from the well-known Kulendi@Law firm told the judge that Deborah Seyram Dablah didn’t give any good reasons for her actions and that “the contract she was trying to enforce, if at all, was an illegal contract.”
Deborah Seyram Adablah’s suit didn’t raise any important issues, and the court agreed with Kwasi Nimako’s lawyers that the case should be thrown out.
Deborah Seyram Adablah, on the other hand, has since said she plans to appeal the case.
“The case is NOT over! My lawyer will ask for the ruling and follow the law accordingly.” It was written.
She also told the media to be careful about what they wrote about her case. She said bad things about UTV in particular.
Hey UTV or whatever you’re called, be very careful about how you use my name and pictures to tell lies. I will sue you and ask for more money than you can pay if you joke around with me. Do not act silly. It’s not okay to use my name and pictures for power, I didn’t give you permission to do that,” she wrote on TikTok.
