Duffour, who used to be Finance Minister, has said again that he will support the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and its leader, John Dramani Mahama, in the 2024 elections.
The former governor of the Bank of Ghana said that he is ready to work with John Mahama and the NDC to help the party win, even though they have been in the minority for seven years.
This was said by Dr. Duffour in a message posted on his official social media accounts after he paid a similar visit to John Dramani Mahama’s home last week.
He said, “I paid our flagbearer and former president John Dramani Mahama a visit at his home as a customary way to thank him for making time to visit me and my family at our home earlier.” We talked about many problems that were important to our party, the people of Ghana, and the need to work hard together to win in 2024.
I’m still dedicated to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the flagbearer, and I’m excited to work with former President John Dramani Mahama to help our party succeed and grow in the years to come. Alongside4Change and for #Victory2024″
You may remember that John Dramani Mahama went to Dr. Duffour’s house a few weeks ago to settle their disagreements and ask for his help before the 2024 elections.
