Bulldog is known for his oddities, which are wrapped up in the way he talks and acts. He just threw his famous template at us again in relation to the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
He said that at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), no gospel artist will be named Artiste of the Year.
This is in reaction to what Piesie Esther, an inspiring gospel musician from Ghana, said on UTV’s Showbiz about how she will definitely win Artist of the Year.
The gospel artist was nominated for seven categories at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, including Artiste of the Year.
During an interview with Berla Mundi on the TV3 NewDay entertainment news show, Bullgod said that Piesie Esther wouldn’t be named artist of the year until maybe the 34th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
“It would be great if she came, but not this year. She could wait until the 34th Video Game Music Awards to do it.
Stonebwoy and Black Sherif, according to Bullgod, should both claim Artiste of the Year due to their hard work.
“So I’m saying that this year, if you look at what our people have done in the world, like the Stonebwoys and Black Sherifs, no, we won’t let any gospel people win. Even if the Church of Pentecost, Church of Presby, and Church of Anglican join forces, they won’t win; they won’t win against Lucifer.
Everyone else in the world is with Lucifer, so it’s God vs. Lucifer, and God knows we’ll win this time. You get my point. he said.
