A green order paper dated 14 January 2025 has directed the Chief Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure that persons holding diplomatic passports submit the document.
According to the statement, the directive is “to prevent misuse, safeguard the country’s reputation and maintain the integrity of our diplomatic engagements.”
Following the directive, the Ministry is to issue a public notice, set a deadline for compliance and conduct verification.
